Long Eaton United Ladies manager John Bennett isn’t messing about when bringing in new signings to bolster his squad as he has completed the signings of five highly rated players for the Blues.

Former Derby County forward Shell Killmartin was first to put pen to paper and sign for the Blues after a previous stint at the club.

Jess Munn has also arrived through the door. The experienced player previously made appearances for Nottingham Forest and Notts County.

Daisy Pridden, formerly of Derby County, Burton Albion and Mansfield Town, also signs for the Blues.

Highly-rated Leicester City duo Annie Taylor and Grace Lowe have also put pen to paper in huge coups for the club after playing consistently at a high level.

Manager John Bennett said: “I want to thank Leicester for giving us the opportunity to sign the duo and also the efficiency in which we were able to get them over the line”

“ Overall, I’m delighted to have all of these players signed for the club and I have no doubt they’ll bring us success and I’m so pleased to have them here.”
